A little noisy because of the casino crowd?

I agree with the previous reviews. It was clean and comfortable. Since I was going to the airport early in the morning, I really appreciated the breakfast being ready earlier than scheduled. My only beef was that there were rather loud people in the hallway several times after I went to bed. I saw something about a casino shuttle posted somewhere, so I'm guessing that was the source. I was on the first floor, near the lobby and elevator, so I suppose that area gets the brunt of it. I should have thought faster, and asked for a quieter area. However, that wasn't the hotel's fault, although I did ask for an early wake-up call. Those of us that are travelling early, and not out horsing around until late, should be put in a quieter spot. ;-) All in all, it was a nice stay.

We stayed at this hotel last year and thought it was worth a revisit. The room was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good, front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Wanted to use the pool the first afternoon, but was too crowded.

The hotel is on a quiet street very near the airport and Presque Isle. The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful (though the front desk was sometimes unstaffed-- occasionally had to wait for someone to appear). The free breakfast was ample and good, the food was kept stocked and the eating area kept clean. The only glitch was that the room's bathroom sink drain was blocked by the mechanism that's supposed to raise and lower, to allow you to hold water in the sink or let it drain. It was broken, and the whole under-sink area was boxed in, blocking access. So I had to brush teeth, etc. over the bathtub. Didn't discover this until bedtime, as I was out meeting a client for dinner. A minor inconvenience. Otherwise a very good value.

staff was very nice and helpful and friendly. the pool was nice and warm. my son and I really had a nice time. Its nice that the beach is so close, lots of things to do. great area. we will be going back to comfort inn when we go back to erie.

Very close to Presque Isle. Would stay here again in a second.
