We spent one night here, but it was a very pleasant experience, rooms were quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous, the hotel graciously allowed us to stay an extra 30 minutes because the baby was fussy and we were slow to get ready. Breakfast was very nice with good, fresh food and a variety of choices. We arrived hungry but too late for breakfast our first day, however extra fruit and drinks are available throughout the day and the front desk staff offered to fix us a to-go bag to take to our room for a quick bite to eat. Hotel is a little dated, but the room was clean and everything worked. Bed was quite comfortable. Everyone greeted us with a smile. Would stay again.

This hotel is average. The rooms are nice but the hotel is beginning to show its age through wear and tear. The beds are great, which is common for this hotel chain. However, even though I requested a non-smoking room, I smelled smoke the whole time I was there. Apparently the ventilation goes throughout all the rooms and carries in smoke into the whole hotel. There is not a way to run the fan without turning on heat or air conditioning, which would have been nice to drown out some of the noise of my neighbors. Cleanliness is average. I never care to see hairs in the shower or floor, which has happened on my last few stays. Manager night on Wed nights with complementary snacks, and that is really nice.
