  Comfortable stay. Nice complimentary breakfast. Would definately recommend this hotel. We stayed here on a trip to Deep Creek Lake, MD. back in August 2008. The King room we had included a spa tub which I made use of. It was wonderful. I used the hot tub in the pool air and the water was only lukewarm. That is my only complaint.

  I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 3 years when I visit Western Maryland for business purposes. This hotel is located right off I-68 so it's easy to get to. The rooms are always pleasantly clean (I'm a clean fanatic, so I'm very critical), the beds are super comfy, the free breakast is plentiful & fresh, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that because it sets up at the top of the hilll, it's SOOOOO windy there, no matter what time of year. But, what a view! There is a Burger King across the parking lot & the mall and other shopping/restaurants in Lavale are only 10 minutes away. Overall, this Hampton Inn is the best place to stay in the Cumberland area, for business travel or otherwise, and it's one of my favorite Hampton Inns in the country!
