  Front desk was fine. the bed was terrible. front desk asked how our stay was and we said the bed was terrible. they responded with " i'm sorry but ...

  Front desk was fine. The bed was terrible. Front desk asked how our stay was and we said the bed was terrible. They responded with " i'm sorry but have a nice day". So much for their guarantee. No thank you. We'll stick with the Jameson or Marriott next time.
