  Entering the hotel is difficult - have to manuever 2 sets of single-opening doors. hard to bring in luggage promised a refrigerator - never delivered. asked for a high floor - never ...

  Entering the hotel is difficult - have to manuever 2 sets of single-opening doors. Hard to bring in luggage Promised a refrigerator - never delivered. Asked for a high floor - never got because of fridge which needed to be on 1st floor. Mold and mildew over the commode from upstairs commode leaking? Sink wouldn't drain (backed up when using) Computer for personal use next to check-out desk ( in the hallway by elevators). No privacy what soever! Overall, it was a bad experience. I would not recommend staying here. A good breakfast does not make up for an old bathroom!

  Hampton inn is almost always good,this one was no exception. awesome bed...excellent breakfast..good staff...clean outdoor pool..no hot tub the front door is on a rise ...

  I traveled to Kentucky with a group of ladies for the World's Longest Yard Sale and we stayed at this hotel. It was a pleasant experience. It was right on the route and there is shopping and restaurants right next door - even a Starbucks across the street. The staff were excellent and even helped us locate a room for the next night when everthing was booked in the area. We will definately stay here again.

  I visit my son, who attends school in frankfort, 4-6 times per year and wouldn't stay anywhere else! location is perfect.
