  We stayed here for one night and love it. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and baked cookies for us all night while we were watching the football game. The location was in a good location. You could walk to the Crackler Barrel to eat or drive a short ways to a few more places to eat. I stayed on a rewards night and the staff treated me like I was paying $* for the room. The staff was great, even in the morning when the maids can in; they were all smiles. I would stay there again.

  The ice machine on the 1st and 2nd floor did not work. The elevator did not work the morning we checked out. The Air conditioner would not allow the fan to be set to run so in cyled on and off all night disrupting my sleep. The room was located directly over the lobby with continuos traffic coming and going.

  Most of the time I find Hampton Inns to be good places to stay. The Greenville, AL location is no exception to that. Basic good value. As is usual for Hampton's the bed was great; the wi-fi was free and fast. The breakfast was o.k. - but I am getting tired of the Hampton Inns signiture rubber-like fried eggs.

  I took a chance late one night while traveling that this hotel had a room available since I had no reservations. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and stocked well with extra towels and plenty of pillows. HDTV was great after a day of driving. The cleaning staff was polite and did a very good job. Since I arrived late, they even let me check out an hour late with no extra charge.

  The hampton inn is a great place to stay. the breakfast was good, the room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff was very pleasant!
