Great rooms
07/02/2009We had a good breakfast and the beds are awesome! i try to stay at a hampton inn whenever i can as i know they will be nice.

My sister and I met at the Hampton Inn in Clarksville to sew and catch up with each others family news. We both thought the beds were great, the staff were very nice and clean and the breakfast was good. I would recommend it.

My wife and I were visiting wineries and stayed the night at this Hampton Inn. Upon arrival we were met by a friendly front desk person. He checked us in and raved over their breakfast menu which comes as part of the stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the bed linens. The bed itself was rock hard, though. We then encountered a bad TV & remote control. Next morning we were really looking forward to the breakfast as described to us the night before. Well, they didn't offer that kind breakfast as "the inspector is supposed to show up" and that type of breakfast is non-standard fare. From everyone's angry reaction it was obvious that a lot of folks were promised the same thing. What they did serve, however, was a really good imitation of leather goods. Probably the worst breakfast I've eaten in years at a hotel. This left a really foul taste in my mouth in more ways than one. Oh, and don't believe their 100% satisfaction guarantee that they so prominently display; they don't honor it. All of this aside, they do have a really nice staff.

04/20/2007The hotel and its personnel were excellent. the breakfast bar even had fried eggs on it. the swimming pool was nice and warm.
