  we stopped here on our way back home and i will honestly stay there again. the young lady at the front desk was very sweet and kind took care of us really well. the room was good an spacious. we didnt have a chance to use the pool but it looked clean and well taken care of. i would reccomend this hotel to friends and everybody who would like a good place to lay there head for a night or 2.

  It was good hotel, great rooms, great service, many good resturants within 1 mile radius. the only thing that needs improvement is that they need a atm machine and dvd ...

  It was good hotel, great rooms, great service, many good resturants within 1 mile radius. The only thing that needs improvement is that they need a ATM machine and DVD players in the room or some you can rent.

  I stayed at this hotel for a drama tournament, I did not get to see much of it because I was in a hurry, elevators were really slow, all was great except for that resturant called Logan's, staff was really rude, I did not get my order I had to run back to get my order and this one lady was really rude to me, I would reccomend to stay in the nice hotel just don't eat at Logan's I would not reccommend that resturant but overall hotel was great.

  I travel a great deal for business and stay mainly at Hampton hotels and this is the best one I've stayed at. Nice rooms, great gym, lots of extras including an indoor swimming pool and reading room.

  I stay at least 50 nights a year in a hotel because of my job. This is without hesitation one of the very best I've stayed in. The rooms are beautiful, the lobby looks like one in a 5-star hotel. The staff is incredible. If I have to go anywhere within an hour of Ft. Smith, I make my reservations here - it's worth the drive.
