  Great staff, friendly, courteous, and helpful--especially late at night when my wife accidentally left the shower curtain outside the tub. They came up & mopped it up with a smile. We spend lots of time at Disney World, and your staff were equal to the superb service we get there.

  This is a nice hotel for the price. I've never been to Omaha before but went there recently for the CWS. This was just as nice and clean. The staff here was very helpful and always laughing about something.My only ""complaint"" is that breakfast was a little lacking. There were biscuts and gravey, doughnuts, fruit, and yougurt. I would have enjoyed eggs and sausage as I try to stay away from carbs as much as possible but still like something hot for breakfast.
