The room was nice, nothing special. I expect a little more with the hotel chain, but the hotel was a little run down. The breakfast was nice and plentiful, but they need to let people know that this hotel is right in the main area of traffic, and there is alot of noise. For the price it was Ok, and it was my 1st time to this part of the country so didn't know what to expect. After staying at other hotels in this chain, I would say this one is on the lower end of there scale with a higher price. If I am going to pay that price I would stay at a nicer hotel with nicer amenities.

As you arrive you are greated by well maintained and beautifully landscaped grounds. The lobby is cosy for two or a large group with a staff ready to meet your every need. Rooms are clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The morning buffet was freshly prepared and tastey with a good assortment to meet most tastes. I can't say enough about the wonderfull staff. They were never too busy to make you feel as if you were their only guest. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

First of all, the staff was well-trained and thoroughly professional. They seem to understand that when people are traveling, they want to check in with minimum fuss and get to their rooms. And if a friendly, courteous person is attending you it's icing on the cake. The room was just fine. The beds were very comfortable, no doubt making local casinos in the area anxious. The casinos, by the way, are all located close by but not too, too close, which is ideal. The continental breakfast was adequate, and we never made it to the pool. Kids would probably like it for playing in although at 5 feet max., it's not really good for much else. Internet access was a plus and readily available. We will definitely stay here again if in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.
