  The reservations were correct and the room was very nice. the bedding was very clean and comfortable, as was the room and the bathroom. i have no complaints at all. ...

  The reservations were correct and the room was very nice. The bedding was very clean and comfortable, as was the room and the bathroom. I have no complaints at all. The ice maker worked fine, and the hot breakfast in the morning was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definately stay here again when I am in the vicinity.

  Guest services staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were typical of similar hotels. My challenges were have to take an elevator to get to the ice machine, which I used frequently. I also had an issue with my access card, used for outer doors and the room, where I had to get it keyed twice after it was evident the first rekey, five minutes before the second, didn't work. My complaints are nothing unusual, so I gave this hotel an average rating

  This hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The front dest personnel and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was new and VERY comfortable and the linens were clean and very soft (down comforter bedspread looked new). The dining area was clean and quiet. Will most definitely stay here again!
