We actually had reservations at a near by competitor but after our first room wouldn't unlock due to battery failure and the second room we had was invaded with ants my three daughters and I were so discouraged. The manager there recommended Hampton Inn and we were amazed at the great customer service we received at 11pm.....we got into our room it was so fresh and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. All guest services shifts were friendly. The free breakfast was very good. Very worth the $$!!!!!! Thank goodness!

The hotel is very nice and a good value for the money but when they refused to let me check in 1/2 hour early I decided this would be my only time staying there. There was no one in the lobby and the front desk staff refused to even look into whether the room was ready or not. they simply said "check-in is at 3:00pm, come back in a half hour". They could really use a lesson on decent customer service.
