This was a very enjoyabe stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the beds were super comfortble I loved having a flat screen in my room as well as the micro/fridg. I would stay here again.

The king size bed was very comfortable with soft fluffy pillows! The room was spotless, especially the bathroom. I was pleased with the fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, and coffee maker in the room. The front desk clerk and other staff were efficient and friendly.
I enjoyed the hot breakfast before my meeting and overall had a very pleasant stay! -

My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and newly remodeled. The beds were very comfortable, and there all the amenities advertised were in working order. The complimentary breakfast includes the usual cold items, but also hot foods like biscuits and eggs. It was very enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my two children, and would recommend it to everyone. New Cloud Nine beds the most comfortable ever with fresh duvets and pillows for each guest. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, always a smile and 'how are you'. Cont break was very good and a nice variety. Whole hotel was very clean. Pool is small, but newly redone and perfect at the end the day. Only thing lacking was a refridge in the room, but we made do with the ice bucket. We look forward to spending time there again.

06/25/2006When we checked in they should have told us about the afternoon managers buffet by the pool, or the continental breakfast. the room cleanliness could have been better.
