Very Spaciaous room for two adults and one child. The bed was very comfortable and the room was private. The hotel is in a private spot close to downtown Highlands. The room had a sofa bed perfect for our 13 year old. The air conditioning was needed and worked well. The hotel is clean and again, in a nice location. We made the reservation not expecting much and was surprised by how much nicer the hotel was. Would stay here again and longer than just one. night.

The hotel is clean and new and comfortable. The front desk person let me stand at the front desk for ten minutes while she spoke with someone on the phone about her dog. She was apparently eating dinner as the somewhat sickening smell of her food wafted into the lobby. I may have been somewhat more sensitive because we had just drive for about seven hours through storms and traffic which culminated in a harrowing jouney through the mountains. I would stay here again as I had no other interaction with the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free TV inexplicably did not work and after my initial deallings with the front desk I did not have the energy or inclination to call and complain as I figured the bovine sloth vegetating down there would only irritate me more. Really, there are not a whole lot of choices for short stays in this area.
