Great Place to Stay

This hotel is clean and the staff is pleasant. The pool was small but clean and the exercise room was okay. My only problem was with the "hot breakfast". The only thing "hot" every morning were a half pan of processed eggs that appeared to have been run over by a three ton steam roller. In short, they made the eggs on an Egg McMuffin seem gourmet.

Very friendly staff, easy to find, clean rooms. My only complaint is that the standard room is very tiny for a family of 4. But there's a micro and fridge, so that takes up room. The breakfast was decent, better than expected for a smaller hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While it is not on the beach (many Hilton Head hotels are not), the location is great. The drive to the beach is short and the restaurants in the shopping center across the highway were very good and reasonable. It is also a very easy drive to the Bluffton outlet malls. We took advantage of the fitness room, swimming pool, and breakfast. All were very nice. They also have laundry facilities for guests, which is most helpful for beach towels and bathing suits. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay an extra day. We will stay here from now on when we travel to Hilton Head.

My best friend and I had planned a girls' weekend for weeks and were excited to stay at the Hampton. We were disgusted by what we had to stay in. In one night we killed or tried to kill 5 roaches of various sizes. We immediately told the ladies at the front desk about the situation. They could not help us and were unapologetic. We had to check out at 1:30 A.M. and find another hotel. Be careful is this hotel is your destination!
