Turkish people are nice but staff at this hotel is way above that. We do recommend the Club level accommodation and service. Easy access to public transportation for site seeing. Will stay again at this hotel (and other Hyatt hotels).

Stayed at this property on August 2008 with three kids. Used the club level. The service was great. The quality of the food at the club was superb. Previously I stayed at Ritz-Carlton and Conrad but I prefer Hyatt due to its location and more reasonable rates. The location is great if you want to walk to the heart of everything which is Taksim square, 10 mins.. From there you can find transportation anywhere. As for internet charges, we avoided because of the club level. There was a pc for our use. We didn't use airport transfer because it is useless. There is an abundance of cabs as soon as you step out of airport and they are very secure and polite. If you wish you can use the airport shuttle which wil take you to Taksim for a nominal fee. If you don't have too much luggage or you are by yourself this is a great option. I an going for trade show in 10 days and will be staying at Hyatt for three more nights.

I stayed at the hotel week of 2/4/08. The room rate was reasonable and in line with other hotels of this category. However, they are charging $40/day for internet access, exorbitant by any standard. Laundering a few articles of clothing, no dry cleaning, was $156! Drinks in the bar same thing - $10 for a coke or local beer Efes. Airport transfer was $140, a taxi costs $30. These prices have all been converted to usd.
