I enjoyed the two nights and three days that I had to spend in Kansas City last week. We were there for a convention for our own hotel franchise (not affiliated with Hyatt). These folks do it right. The service was outstanding, the room was clean and the beds are to dream for! I only wish the high speed internet was faster. Having to pay $* for the daily connect is to be expected in a hotel like this, but the speed was terrible. I was testing out at less than .5/1. It took a very long time to get from page to page.

The Hyatt was a very nice hotel. The location to the Crown Center shops, Light and Power District was very close and it was nice clean area. We didn't like the fact you have to pay for everything, ex. computer access in room, parking etc. but we made due. Even in the business center you had to have a credit card to use the computers. We hadn't gotten a chance to go to the Skies restaurant on the top floor but the Skies manager happened to ride up in the elevator said it was already closed for the evening but said we could go up and look around since there was still people in there finishing dinner. Overall a very classy stay.

My children and I stayed the weekend in mid-July and we had the most wonderful time!! The pool on the roof was fabulous. The view from the 28th floor was great. The staff did everything in their power to make our mini-vacation a life time memory for my children. The easy access to the Crown Center was perfect. We will definitly be coming back. If you stay anywhere else you are missing out on being treated like royalty. Beds A+ Room A+ Staff A+ Everything A+

I had a great weekend! Lots to do close by and the restaurants are wonderful. Enjoyed the revolving restaurant view at night. My room was spacious and very clean. I usually don't sleep very well at hotels but the bed was very comfy. The only down side was I think my room was next to a laundry or something because I could hear machines humming. Room service was as quick for a large hotel.

The hotel was outstanding. Make sure you bring dress clothes if you want to eat at the Skies resturant. If your a Dennys fan its at 16th and Broadway. Its a nice walk from the hotel. If your a history buff, then you must go see the museum (WW1). Its worth the money $10.00 for an adult. There is not too many places for breakfast in the morning if you stay at the hotel its going to run about $30.00 for two adults. Its ok but you got to expect that from the Hyatt. Our room was very nice CLEAN, CLEAN. My middle name is bleach....LOL.....IF you like to shop go to the Crown Center which is in walking distance. They have all sort of stuff. You must go to a resturant called Fritz's. The train brings you your food, its great for little kids..
