I recently stayed for a weekend away at the Hyatt Deerfield. Upon check-in, we were told that are breakfast would be included with the price of the reservation. Not the case at all, we were charged for the breakfast, which was over for two people. The breakfast was ok, nothing worth $$. When we checked out, we were told that the the breakfast was only $$ for one person, not two!! I had to pay an extra $$ dollars for the price of one breakfast. The second complaint would be getting a call from the front desk at 10:30pm to tell me that they would need a second form of payment due to the computer not recognizing my Hyatt gift card. Not very professional or any courtesy from the front desk staff, regarding an issue that could've waited till the next morning. This will be the last time I stay at this Hyatt location!!!
