  Doesn't deserve 1 star. rude clerks, no requested wake-up calls, poorly kept rooms, pitiful breakfast (packaged honeybun, mini pecan pie, coffee, juice dispenser didn't work properly.) clerks ...

  Doesn't deserve 1 star. Rude clerks, no requested wake-up calls, poorly kept rooms, pitiful breakfast (packaged honeybun, mini pecan pie, coffee, juice dispenser didn't work properly.) Clerks spend more time on their laptops in lobby than providing any kind of customer service. Called to warn us though that check-out was at 11:00! Never felt so unwelcome! Give us your money and get out mentality!
