    I was quite disappointed with my room at Knights Inn. The motel room needed repairs: the doorknob lock was loose and did not seem to work properly as the center mechanism would come partially out when the key was removed; the bathroom door needed to be replaced (it was a multi-ply door with part of the ply missing); the walls were stained and appeared to need cleaning/repainting; the TV cable was loose and needed fiddled with in order to get a picture; and the shower water backed up in the tub while you were showering and left you standing in dirty water. The front desk did respond to my request to fix the TV. Someone from the front desk came to the room in a few minutes and worked on the attachment of the cable to the television to get it working. The clientel in the rooms near me made me feel unsafe, especially as the door lock(s) seemed to be flimsy. No room service was requested or supplied. I left before my prepaid days were completed and settled in a different motel.

    Night clerk would not answer the phone so we took cab from the sirport. got to room and had a flooded bath..night clerk still would not answer the phone..... ...

    I would never stay there again. We didn't get the type of room we requested and we felt that the rooms were not secure. Some of the hotel room doors looked like they had been kicked in. We slep with a chair pushed up to the door.

    My reserved room was ready when I arrived late in the evening, but the room was poorly cleaned. A few lights were missing bulbs and in general the room was very worn. Room had a ground-floor entry and the parking lot outside was very noisy into the early morning hours. Door did not close tightly and so I did not feel comfortable leaving my things there when I was out. I had booked for two nights, but bailed for a nicer hotel the second night.

    Our stay was fine but the room was awful. We had a nonsmioking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was falling apart and the sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in them. The front desk clerk was rude to my parents when they asked for more towels to be put in our room considering we had 4 adults staying in there. The TV didn't work very well the first night on the second night when my husband showed up he had to hook up the cable. The door when shut would not shut very tight if not for the dead bolt some one could have easily barged right in.
