  Know going in -Customer service does not exist - Your buying location - If your paying $300 to $400 a night. Make SURE they Put you in newly built part of the hotel. Or you will be like the rest of us kicking ourselves for getting stuck in the dungeon rooms of the old old part of the hotel.

  This is a nice location but it isn't a place for a family get away. Walls are NOT sound proof and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the next room. Nights are very loud. Beds are very comfortable and we did enjot the ""few steps"" to the beach!

  Hotel was great that it was close to a lot of things to do, shops, beach, and pier all in walking distance. But the double room was VERY cramped with one very small bathroom. There was no air conditioning and we had to open one small window for air. People/teenagers were out in the street, loud and disrubtive until way past 2 am. Did not get much sleep as we were still on midwest time so it was like 5 am to us. Room was very plain, old decore and you could hardly walk around the bed the room was so small. Sorry but would NOT recommend this hotel, especially for the price they charge.

  Room I had was so noisy outside. There were no extra lines, no air condition or heat, no ceiling fans, no exhaust fan in bathroom (steamed up mirrors), no hair dryer, no iron or iron board. Furniture poor condition, floors too! Bathroom fixtures old, loose and moldy. I complained & got another room that faced an abondoned building in an alley and listened to workers and homeless people. The only positive was it was close to beach.
