What should be a beautiful hotel is filthy and unkept. The staff was unresponsive and denies any problems. My room rate was $. There was a dried banana peel in the couch, the back of the couch was ripped up, the carpet was dirty, unvacuumed everyday. The staff PROMISED it would be vacuumed on my return, it never was. The linens were dirty. It was just a disgusting hotel

Hotel was very nice. Had a few problems first when checking in apprently girl does not know how to clean room son found 2 empty packages with used rubbers laying on floor next to bed NO Excuse on that that one. Then changed our room due to our pet which they should have did in the begiining went from non smoking to smoking room and staying there 3 days well after checking out and coming I now have Pneuomia from the breathing so hard in that room. I had numerous left messages and waiting on manager to speak to him with NO LUCK. I called one last time then called Corp Office to complain only to find out the day we left they changed names and went from Lee Inn & Suites to Greenwood Inns.

We had a great time in Indianapolis, there is a lot to do. As far as the hotel goes. I was clean and comfortable. However the fitness equipment was all broken or outdated, and the TV didn't work in the fitness room. The pool was small, but clean. The biggest complaint we had was that 2 evenings we had no hot water. When it was brought to the managers attention he did not give us any credit back because we prepaid. WE are very upset with that.

This hotel has great atmosphere. The only complaint I have was the beds are a little uncomfortable and the pool is closed at 10:00pm on a weekend. I think it should be open till 11:00. We had a great time. Close to a lot of stores and we love the common rooms on each floor!!! Great for families with lots of active teenagers.

When we arrived -it seemed fine My sister and I took our children for a Christmas Break fun When we went into the pool area there was food all over the floor hair all around the walk area High chlorine my niece & daughter both had reactions Room could have been cleaner Heater and window area needed repair Breakfast was a joke - they were out of everything no syrup, no jelly, etc. I sent comment cards locally & corporate I received letter & *$* off at a Lee's Inn -don't think so
