  located mere steps from major stampedes of gringos, the laguna offers a quiet respite. guests are mostly locals and euro vacationers taking advantage of this great deal. personable and diligent staff. thanx eddie and narda. not 5 star room / pool quality but this is a 2 star hotel. very relaxing ,discreet & serene. guests are not wrist tagged as other mega cattle resort corals. no crowds but some small crocs float in lagoon near deck, cruising for tasty hand/ foot snack.be safe/no stupid/ do not feed crocs.

  Hotel was nice economic hotel. the staff spoke little english but was helpful. (we don't speak spanish) downside the hotel had a timeshare table. use travel agency's olympus ...

  Hotel was nice economic hotel. The staff spoke little English but was helpful. (We don't speak Spanish) Downside the hotel had a timeshare table. Use travel agency's Olympus tours they were honest and frankly every activitiy we did was cheaper than timeshare offers. Overall, the hotel was nice however, if I went back to Cancun I would definitely stay in a hotel that is on the Beach. They have a sister hotel Los Playas that is on the beach side. I believe they are also an economy Hotel. Over experience was nice but not perfect.

  I booked this hotel because of its descrition, "and approximately five miles from cancun international airport." if that was five miles from the airport then i'm a brain surgeon. ...

  I booked this hotel because of its descrition, "and approximately five miles from Cancun International Airport." If that was five miles from the airport then I'm a brain surgeon. The distance is more like 20 miles and through the hotel zone.

  Hotel was ok. no real complaints. had some room problems. but they were addressed the next day. the pool was nice. and the place was clean and tidy. short walk ...

  HOTEL WAS OK. NO REAL COMPLAINTS. HAD SOME ROOM PROBLEMS. BUT THEY WERE ADDRESSED THE NEXT DAY. THE POOL WAS NICE. AND THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND TIDY. SHORT WALK TO THE EXCITMENT. ALL IN ALL IT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY PAID. SAVE MONEY STAY THERE AND SHOP WITH THE REST.
