This hotel was the worst place that I have ever stayed at. 1) It is a motel type of building with cold rooms. 2) The room smelled. 3) There was no wireless available in the room. 4) The cable internet didn't work either. I had to call the customer service of the internet provider. I was on the line for 30 minutes. They couldn't fix the problem either.

While I was visiting D.C. I had left my belonging in the room. To find out when I came back that the jewlery was not there. I ended up calling the cops to get no responce and losing it. This experience ruined the day for traveling. Never go here.

The staff is always very friendly. I stay with this hotel @ least 2 times a week for business and I like the BNK rooms that has a microfridge. Rooms are well kept. I always feel safe

We checked in on Thursday morning and contracted to pay for Thursday and Friday night. We were surprised to return on Friday afternoon and find ourselves locked out with all of our belongings locked inside. We were told that we had paid for Wednesday and Thursday. I even had my hand slapped by the desk clerk as I was trying to register my complaint with her. I was forced to pay for the 3rd day in order to get my belongings. The manager later called to berate me further. I am presently searching for the owner's name as the Manager refused to give it to me.

While I chose this hotel because I was on a budget, I did much better at a different hotel on a 2nd trip a couple of weeks later. The room was nice and the location in relation to DC was convienient, but I had the sense that not only was the hotel a permanant residence to several people, room were also used on an hourly basis. I got almost no sleep due to commotions in the parking lot both nights. I was relieved to have left safely.
