  This hotel is very dirty, falling apart at every turn, understaffed, and an overall terrible value. The room key (plastic keys with random hole punches) leaves you feeling unsafe in a rather unsavory part of town. Handicap rooms are not on ground level elevator functionality is questionable. From check in to check out they make sure nothing is easy. Check out takes about 15 minutes per person, and there is always a line up (to get out, it is worth the wait). They pre-authorize your visa for more than the room stay, but do not know how to reverse the charge (I ended up with 8.00 worth of quarters). If you need a problem solved, don't bother asking anybody at the hotel as they can't (and won't help you). The smell of crack was present in the hallway and our suitcases/clothes now smell of smoke from our non-smoking room. there were stains on the bedspread (that could have been wiped with a cloth), crumbs on the floor and no hair dryer or irons in the room. Unfortunately, I am not sure about any other hotels in PA.....and I won't be able to tell you as I will never be going back to that city.
