This place is really great. I wish I found out about it months ago instead of wasting tonnes of company money at other hotels in the downtown core. I used to stay at the "pricer" hotels before I discovered this gem. The nightly rates were much, much, cheaper than the other hotels downtown for the quality of the room you get here. I typically book one of their smoking studio suites online then extend for a few nights, depending on workloads, so I'm able to smoke in the larger than normal room, get my work done, and sleep easy knowing I'm not dipping into the company accommodation account by a lot. The downside is the decor is a little aged yet from the few months I've been coming to London on business, I see new bedspreads, fresh tiles, new kitchenware in the room's kitchen, etc. If you're a frequent visitor to London, be sure to stay here. Save a few bucks and get a really decent hotel room.

Stayed here for two nites. The rooms were large, maybe not the best I've stayed but definately not the worst either. The room was clean but some of the furniture was worn. Located in downtown London it offers excellent point to access all aspects of London not to mention the availability of Restaurants and activities within walking distance. And the underground parking facilities were a bonus. The staff was pleasant and helpful when required. Overall value for money spent.

one night stay. staff could not have been nicer. former apt building converted to extended stay. great restaurants withing walkind dist free secured underground park facility. kitchen area somewhat dark, but good view of downtown. accepts small pets with $75 non-refund deposit, but i requested and recieved $40 depositwife complained of stale smoke smell in non-smoke room, but her nose is better than mine.new furniture, drapes, refrig, but bathroom fixtures somewhat dated everything worked just fine.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights as i was on a business trip and was thorouhly satisfied with my stay. I enjoyed the friendly and personal staff. I was also pleased with the cleanliness, quality and spaciousness of the hotels rooms. great location close to everything that I could have required. good value for the rate which luckily also included parking and phone calls. truly a graet location
