My sister-in-law and I stayed t this wonderful hotel on the weekend we were picking my son up from college. We were very casual, jeans t's or polos and the like, and found the desk staff EXTREMELY helpful. the beds were incredible,and we had a wonderful view even though our room was at a very high discount. Both of us commented on how quiet our room was despite several family reunion type parties booked--lots of small children and babies! the shuttle to the T was a great boon. I suppose that the only downfal is transportation from the airport, but we were not interested in that. I am currently watching the site in order to make reservations for graduation in May 2011! I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel is now charging $9.00 per night for parking for registered guests. There is no valet parking and no one to help with bags. There is no alternative for on-street parking. There was no notice of this charge when we booked with online travel website . Room was very small and overlooked trash containers in the parking lot.

the front desk staff was very good at only attended to the ""well dressed guests"" if you had a t shirt and jeans on you were really snubbed. this happened more than once and to more than one family. We had at least 100 families stay there for a soccer tournament... the wait staff in the resturant did not treat you like this hence they were tipped well. Maids really need to learn how to clean. Gift shop guy was fantastic. Pool was very cold. Never judge a book by its cover...
