This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was sooo much more than we thought it would be. Very nice overall,clean room,nice flat screen tv,staff was very nice and helpful,one of the best rooms for the price ive stayed in anywhere.

The front desk was friendly and efficient.The hotel is very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was good. There was a lot to choose from and everything was warm The location of the hotel is convenient. It is accross from a shopping mall.I certanly would reccomend it

My husband & I were in Duluth for a Third Day concert & stayed at this hotel. I was very impressed with how clean everything was & how friendly the staff was.Not much of a variety of places to eat close to the hotel, but the mall across the street has some fast food places. Hated the Atlanta traffic, but really liked this hotel. We have stayed at the crown plaza in St. Louis for a much higher price than this hotel & it wasn't nearly as nice or clean. Will stay at the Gwinett Marriott again, if I find myself in Atlanta again.
