I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, has always been nice. Don't know what happened but I was there 3 days and killed three different bugs, it gave me the willies.

Staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms were clean and functionally. Breakfast and Room Service were affordable and very good. Very good hotel for location (15 minutes to HersheyPark) and Price!!

Spent one night at the hotel. While the lobby was pleasant enough the room was tired. The bathroom needed updating and the shower did not drain. We had to get "Engineering" to attend to the shower which resulted in acid being poured down the shower drain while we were in the room!!! That was then followed by housekeeping that had to clean the floor -- in case we got acid on our feet. There was no offer to change rooms etc. We also had multiple issues with the room charges on our credt card and got different, inexperienced staff each time we called, none of whom seemed sufficiently -- or cared enough -- to actually rectify the billing problems. We would NOT stay there again.

When calling Sheraton direct or trying to book online they wanted $* per night for the standard room. I ended up booking the room with my airline, and it worked out to $*/night. When I checked in and asked if my Starwood account would be getting credit for the stay I was curtly told "No! You booked through a third party so you get no credit. But if you spend money on food or incedentals we will give you credit for that." Gee thanks for nothing. The fridge in my room sometimes worked if you wiggled the cord at the back of the unit. There was dust and chewed gum behind the desk, and the free internet worked SOMETIMES, and was horribly slow. The restaurant/pub was decent, but on karaoke night the singing was extremely loud (and bad!), and they would not turn down the volume. Due to many evening receptions and parties being booked in finding parking for guests was next to impossible. Most of the spaces were then EMPTY in the morning after all the reception guests had left. I stayed in this hotel last year when it was a Wydham, and I must say the rates, ammenities, and services were so much better before Sheraton bought it out. I travel to Harrisburg every year for business, and I doubt I would stay here again.
