  Anniversary so we sprang for high dollar "suite". coffee pot broke. ppv not accessible. alarm clock "buzzed" off & on till unplugged. bulbs burned out. room next to stairs - very noisey ...

  anniversary so we sprang for high dollar "suite". coffee pot broke. ppv not accessible. alarm clock "buzzed" off & on till unplugged. bulbs burned out. room next to stairs - VERY noisey all night long (no elevator) kids or 500 pound elephants running the halls all night. didn't attempt to clean room Sunday. Staff answer? "sorry. there is nothing we can do." Did not try to fix a single problem we had - even little ones. On check out manager gave us 1/2 off 1 night of 3. Would rather have had 1 night of peaceful sleep or at least a sincere apology - said call her next time and she would put on bottom floor. Hope she isn't wiating on our call. Casino staff great, but not a lot of variety available.

  Asked for non smoking room and was put in a room that wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. The room had not been cleaned, and the shower had a good six months of scum growing on it. Almost every piece of furniture to include the bath tub had cigarette burns on them. ""NASTY""

  Room was nice--actually ended up with a jacuzzi suite, which was not ordered, but nice. Had problems with the pay-per-view movie, but the hotel took care of it quickly. The casino sucked! Poor service, very few tables to play--only lots of slots/video poker.

  Hotel, restaurant, casino are accessed inside. great indoor pool and hot tub. lots of slots and table game. free continental breakfast. some rooms have jacuzzis.
