Although the price is not bad, i was disappointed since the reviews were so good. First the whole place smelled like chlorine from the pool. Second, The pool was not even close to as nice as the picture made it look. Third, The ceiling was thin or somthing because all i heard all night was stomping. Fourth, the dead bolt bar was broken off like some had tried to break in.The beds were comfortable and the staff wasnt bad, but the lack of everything else made for a disappointment. The only thing i dont regret about staying there was that it had good location near shopping and food.

We booked here because of the glowing reviews, but were very let down by the run down conditions. The lobby area was nice, the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. She recommended a restaurant for dinner and we were very pleased with that experience. Came back after dinner to enter our room for the first time and found it to be very dingy and outdated. Surprising, since the reviews commented on the re-model. The cleanliness of the room was marginal and I felt the need to keep shoes on in the room. The a/c unit was loud and there are only black-out curtains with no sheers behind. Being on the ground floor, this was a problem because you could not open your curtain without all those in the parking lot looking straight into the room. The TV did not work at all and the front desk could not help and there was no on-site maintanence until morning. We were checking out in the am. The extra security lock on the door was broken off. They offered to move us, but only had a queen bed in a room with no tub, only a shower. We opted to stay put for the night and checked out early am. Weary travlers should book elsewhere.

Great hotel, really clean and very friendly. My kids loved the heated indoor pool. The rooms were very clean, the hotel lobby is very nice and free breakfast was outstanding. The exit has a outlet mall (GAP, Polo, 40+ stores), cinema, and great food options...oh and a Starbucks! We loved it would stay here again for sure.

Clean and quiet, friendly staff, nice continental breakfast. The only downsides were; only one chair in room with two beds, somebody has to sit on bed, and although the cell phone signal was good the towels were actually kinda scratchy. Yes, I would stay again.
