EXPECTED FOR THE RATE
08/03/2008We did not hang out at the hotel. we were there for the showers and the beds. the pool was nice. it was good for the * nite. fulfilled our needs.
WE DID NOT HANG OUT AT THE HOTEL. WE WERE THERE FOR THE SHOWERS AND THE BEDS. THE POOL WAS NICE. IT WAS GOOD FOR THE * NITE. FULFILLED OUR NEEDS.

My friends and i decided to take a road trip and ended up here in Kalamazoo. The staff was friendly and the hotel is easy access to the freeway. We were able to take shopping trips and find eating places with ease. I would recommend this motel to my other friends.

I was trying this hotel out for the first time and I found the staff friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and neat. They had a continental breakfast, but I did not get to try it out. I will be staying there again in the near future.

Old and disorganized
02/17/2008Prior reviews told of checkin issues, had the same, they don't seem to understand when you book thru another agent how to handle it.

Rooms were clean, but overall hotel is old and could use some remodieling. Lot of damage in the bathrooms that has not be fixed, broken tiles etc.
location is good, and people were as helpful as they could be considering they have had zeron training in handling bookings from online travel website etc.
