  Hotel room was very large, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was excellent and lots of different variety to choose. Pool was very clean and warm. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and highly recommand this hotel to anyone who is travelling to Klamath Falls. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Older rooms, water heater turned down to the minimum. had to get towels from the pool because there was only one in the room.

  Older rooms, water heater turned down to the minimum. Had to get towels from the pool because there was only one in the room.
  
  "hot" tub was only lukewarm.
  
  Location is in the older part of town.
  
  Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Room was quiet.

  The rooms were very large which is pleasant. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The lobby is cozy with a warm fireplace to get that instant heat. The breakfast had plenty of variety and lots of room for dining in. The cement walkways and stairs allowed kids to fun and not shake the whole place. I would highly recommend this hotel for any purpose, but mainly for putting a family or four people to a room."
