This is an average hotel in this price range. The room were clean and confortable. I was a little distracted by the ""dryer sheet"" smell of the bed linens and it slightly disturbed my sleep but otherwise the room was large and well laid out. There was no wired internet in the room which was a minor inconvenience. The television worked properly. The room included amenities that I didn't expect for a Quality Inn including shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The shower head was somewhat clogged and I thought the water could be warmer but it was not uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was average with the usual high sugar and fat offerings. One nice touch was hard boiled eggs so there was some protein available. The property is certainly close to everything, but Pullman only has 8,000 permanent residents anyway. We were directed to a fun place for drinks in the downtown area. Not loud at all, great service, and some standard pub-fare. Not what I would expect for a college town. Worth a look if you're headed to Pullman and less expensive than the Holiday Inn Express.

The front desk at arrival and departure were kind and friendly. The breakfast was very good. Two computers for your convenience was a good amenity. The room (restoom) floor and door could have been cleaner. The lamp lights in the room needed repair. Repairs and maintenance and cleanliness are key to win an "excellent" rating. This hotel was "okay". Great location and comfortable beds.
