  The staff was extremely courteous, but our room needed work. the stopper in our bathrooom sink was stuck shut, so the sink hardly drained. there were pieces of some material ...

  The staff was extremely courteous, but our room needed work. The stopper in our bathrooom sink was stuck shut, so the sink hardly drained. there were pieces of some material over much of the carpet, and the bathroom door was taped and stapled together.
