Check in was fine, but down hill from there. The desk clerk noted that I had booked, and pre-paid for the stay through "an on-line travel site", and sent us around the back of the hotel to "door D". Our room faced I-84, and since the hotel is about 100 feet off the highway, the noise from the highway was non-stop, all night long (we hadn't noticed when we checked in since it was the middle of the afternoon before the traffic got heavy). The hotel was almost empty, so it was clear that they put us there on purpose - I guess this is the economy area? The room smelled like mold, and was not very clean (there was actually a dirty cleanex on the floor of the bathroom when we checked in). The wash cloths were so old and dirty-looking that I wouldn't even have used them as rags (other towels were fine). The free breakfast was a joke - grocery store bagels and english muffins, and one type of dry cereal. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was great, so it wasn't a total disaster. I highly recommend that you ask specifically for a room that doesn't face the highway when you check in! For the price, there are several other options in the area to try.
