• Unclean, unsafe, wouldn't stay again

  We stayed at this hotel for 11 days and would have gone elsewhere if the city wasn't fully booked. The room itself was reasonably clean, however the hallways were filthy, including chunks of dirt coming off of the air vents, huge stains on the carpets and always overflowing trash cans. An older gentleman, apparently related to the hotel staff, sat and watched the diners at breakfast each morning in a very intimidating manner. The side door key card reader did not work, which resulted in the door being propped open often. Very unsafe! The housekeeping staff would prop open all of the doorways in an entire end of the hallway while cleaning, leaving several rooms at a time wide open for anyone to enter. Again, very unsafe. The cleaning staff also entered our room when the ""do not disturb/no service"" sign was used. We would not stay here again.
