  1. The staff is not very friendly nor helpful. The hotel was extremely noisy late at night. The hotel was not able to control the noise or able to move me to a floor that was less noisy.
  2. The hotel is not very clean overall. My room was dusty.
  3. The hotel is located in downtown Ottawa, but the homeless & drug addicts are very prominent in this area as well. I was constantly approached for money.
  
  I do not recommend this hotel for women who are traveling alone or with small children.

  The airport shuttle drops you at door $14/$22 rtn. It's 15 minute walk from the Hill and minutes from Byward Market. Rooms are quite adequate although a little ""tired"". Firm bed, lots of hot water. Liquour and grocery store right across the street.
