THis hotel was a great stay. Great indoor heated pool, always clean, hotel staff delightful. Satisfying and friendly expanded continental breakfast. Very clean towels and nice ammenities. Security guard walks the property in the evening and nightly. Very close to the mall, many shopping opportunities. Now if you have children, it might be a little kid shy but I think they would be comfortable.

The wireless Internet Access in the room did not work. Hotel staff said it was out of service. Numerous guests complained but staff didn't seem to think it was important. For a businessman that needs to file reports on the road this was a terrible inconvenience. If you want to book a room here, call in advance to make sure their Internet Service is working. Very frustrating....

Outside appearance was very nice. Front desk staff very helpful. Good laundry facilities with 5 washers and dryers. Room was clean and comfortable. Good, hot breakfast with varied selection. We would definitely stay here again.
