This hotel was very tired and old. The room smelled and felt damp. The front desk was staffed by very young and inexperienced people who were not very helpful. I would NOT stay here again. There are so many other and better hotels in the area for not much more money.

Three days at the Quality Inn and Suites Henderson, Hendersonville, NC were comfortable. The room was not fancy, but it was very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. We usually have a tough time sleeping at motels, but we had no problems this time. The front desk staff was very helpful and very professional. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient, nothing fancy, but enough to make the morning experience pleasant and fulfilling. We would recommend this motel for it's cleanliness and comfort and the rates were extremely well suited for the stay.

You get what you pay and the quality was certainly missing from this place. First be prepared for the $ security deposit. Second, NO ELEVATORS. Had to haul stuff up the stairs. Third, Very dated rooms with dated furnishing that provided little space to wrk. Although the room is large it was difficult to find an outlet for the computer. No outlets were provided by the desk. WI-FI signal low to non existent. Last but not least, FLEAS!....The room was occupied by fleas and ants. While the curb appeal on this property is nice, be prepared for far less once you get settled in. NEVER AGAIN

this was the most wonderfull hotel that i ever stayed at the rooms were wonderful and the staff friendly and kind they also had so much to do i read all these bad reviews and called the hotel they said they were not true and im glad i beleved them i guess the people who wrote those reviews were on crack or something cause i had them show me like 5 rooms and they were all clean and wonderfully decorated i will go back every time im in north carolina

Friendly helpful desk operators. Atrium, pool, and hot tub areas are clean. and attractive. Suites are available also, just not listed on the ad. Be sure to phone and ask if pool is open, because it was closed while we were there but were not informed at the booking. The exercise room is small and the time we wanted to work out in the evening was not available because the guy who works as an assistant there, was watching some sports show in there instead of working, for several hours.
