  Five of us on trip to Mississippi Gulf Coast for volunteer work, took two rooms, one with a rollaway.Nice lobby with friendly desk clerk. Initial impression was that room was clean and evidentally newly painted as walls and ceiling were sparkling. Bathroom appeared clean. Furniture rather scuffed, however.
  
  Pillows way past usefull life...about as comfortable as a folded-over towel.
  
  Blankets very thin and scimpy....practically transparent. Sheets thin and rumpled and not carefully tucked in.
  
  Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Mentioning that fact to desk clerk the next morning produced only a shrug.
  
  Returned five night later (I know, I know). Used room next door. Walls, bathroom, celings the same. Blanket slightly heavier; bed made neater. Still flat, thin, weak, pillows. Bathroom exhaust fan still not working. Found out maintenance man on vacation for the week.
  
  Breakfast consists of two cereals, milk, juice, biscuits and gravy, sausage , and sweet rolls in a nice area of the lobby. Serving staff friendly.
  
  Complimentary USA Today each day.
  
  Very quiet area; no traffic noise.
  
  Fix the exhaust system ; provide new blankets ; junk the old pillows and this would be a much nicer place to stay.
