  We arrived after a 13-hour drive to find that our room was filthy, air not working, etc.. no other room like we had reserved. we were on 3rd floor ( ...

  We arrived after a 13-hour drive to find that our room was filthy, air not working, etc.. No other room like we had reserved. We were on 3rd floor (nonsmoking), ice machine not working, elevator was out and whole floor smelled like smoke. We had infant and had to go up/down 3 flights of stairs.
