    I travel alot, and i am pretty happy when i have no problems with a stay. the only thing wrong was that when i checked in, the coffee was cold. ...

    I travel alot, and I am pretty happy when I have no problems with a stay. The only thing wrong was that when I checked in, the coffee was cold. The clerk apologized and called my room 10 minutes later to let me know that hot coffee was available. I enjoyed my stay
