  This hotel is awful. When we arrived we were told we had a studio suite. It is no different than a regular room. We were told there was a room divider, but we did not get that. I complained to the front desk and they shrugged it off. Our walls were so thin we could hear the people next door just as well as we could hear our kids talking next to us. An hour after we arrived we started to give our kids showers. The water was cold, not freezing, but not at all warm. We called down to have them come up. They refused to come up and instead checked other rooms around us and were satisfied they had hot water. We still never did. Around midnight, when we were trying to sleep, people were very loud in the hallways. At 6 am we were woken up by the wake up call of the people next to us. We were suppose to stay another night, but checked out early! We are still trying to get a refund. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee that they will not honor! We called and complained to the front desk 6 times, so how many is enough to get a refund??!!
