Room with a view was a good value. A little to far from the beach to see the beach, but could see the ocean. Excellent and friendly service. Very clean. Complimentary breakfast is cereal, bagel, small muffin, toast, OJ or apple juice, coffee. That was it.....one of the poorer complimentary breakfasts.

This was one of the nicest places we stayed at during a five-day trip along the Pacific coast. Super clean hotel with very helpful staff. Next time we'll hit Ocean Shores we'll stay at the Quality Inn again. Excellent value for the money, incl. complimentary wireless internet and a breakfast of decent quality. Many thanks!

10/30/2008Quiet rooms. comfortable bed and pillows. check out was freindly and fast. breakfast was good. hot tub was great. close to beach and other activities. very affordable.

Bad advance info/cheap
04/10/2008Went to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. called hotel directly, to be certain the rooms had mini fridges and microwaves. were told they did. they don't. no microwaves, except ...
Went to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. Called hotel directly, to be certain the rooms had mini fridges and microwaves. Were told they did. They don't. No microwaves, except in most expensive rooms. Were offered those rooms, for the same price we would have paid if we booked them in the first place. Were not impressed with the rooms or the offer. Next we discovered that we had a burned out light bulb. Clerk brought new one and handed it to me thru the door. I installed it, lamp still didn't work. Moved night stand to discover it was unplugged. [Should have been taken care of by clerk.] The highly praised breakfast was served with whipped vegetable oil, no butter. Cheap. Of the three days, we ate it once. No "Do not disturb," sign in the room. After getting one from the desk, it disappeared and we had to get another one. One bar of soap to schlep back and forth from tub to sink. Cheap. Total of two bath towels, had to ask for more. No extras in the room. [Most women use two.] Cheap. No closet, small armour filled with large box fan, pillow stuffed inside- no shelf for it, and luggage rack. If we had brought a long dress, it would not have hung freely. I was taller than the armour. Cheap. They could have saved some money on the granite and tile floor in the bathroom, and put it into a real closet. Bad info, bad service, cheap. Not the worst place we've ever stayed, but a long way from the best.

The view room was lovely, up on the 3rd floor, but you could tell that the rooms that did not have views were a little sub standard. Those areas seem dirty, old and not modernized.
