  Start with the main situation - Security. Motel room had 2 doors, 1 to outside and 1 to inside corridor. 2nd - motel has central air conditioning which did not work. On the 9th or 10th of June, a serviceman said he had it fixed - he didn't. Daytime was unabearable. 3rd - Spiders and roaches in room. 4th - Around the backside of the building, water from the pool was standing/pooling all over the driveway/parking area. 5th - Check-in night, Washclothes and towels had black stains which had been folded over to where you couldn't see them at first glance. And 6th - The sink was pretty repulsive. I checked out on the morning of the 11th - 2 days before scheduled checkout! I Know your policy is not to refund - but I think this would be a good exception. I will not stay at this motel again.

  My family stayed at this hotel in Sept. 07. We were very disappointed with the filth of the hotel, the a/c didn't work and no maintenance was offered or done, no clean towels available for 2 days !!! We had 3 rooms and all were comparable. We will NOT stay here again !
