  No longer pet friendly. We have been staying here for over 15 years, now that the owner of this property has changed hotel brands (names) pets are no longer welcome. Very upset about this as we have a little Shih-Tzu who has stayed here for the last 13 years and always loved it. Considering the so-called hard economic times, I would have assumed they would have continued the pet friendly policy. Stayed here for a month in Sept./Oct. and before checking out I was told the hotel would continue to be pet friendly. Not the case.

  The hair dryer caught fire the 1st morning; there was no hot water on the 4th night and 5th morning. I left when the cockroach crawled across the bedspread on the 5th day.

  This hotel was wonderful, and exceeded my expectations for a budget bw. free wireless internet, cont. breakfast, and accomodating to pet owners. the room was basic but clean and comfortable. ...

  This hotel was wonderful, and exceeded my expectations for a budget BW. Free wireless internet, cont. breakfast, and accomodating to pet owners. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient with easy access to Hartford and highways. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

  I stayed here because of the Best Western name but was not very pleased. Hotel is really old looking and feeling with outdated everything... felt like I was in the twilight zone.. decent food but kinda scary customers... i would not recommend
