  We were told the restaurant was open... not due to renovation. we were told it would be open until 10am after that, not, only until 9am if you are lucky.

• Bad experience at Holiday Inn North Little Rock

  I was 2 hours delayed into little rock. when i got to my hotel no one was at the front desk. i waited around calling out ""hello"" to no avail. ...

  I was 2 hours delayed into Little Rock. When I got to my hotel NO ONE was at the front desk. I waited around calling out ""Hello"" to no avail. I only found a person sleeping in the closed restaurant. Anyway I left to find another hotel to spend the night. Calling Holiday Inn the next morning I was told they would not refund my money because I did not check in or cancel in time. Asking, how I was supposed to check in with no night manager they said I had to take it up with Online Travel Agency.
