We booked two rooms in Feb. 2009 for a visit in June 2009, requesting adjoining rooms as we were treating good friends to their first visit to Milwaukee & Summerfest. The rooms were confirmed 2 weeks prior to our stay. Upon arrival, guess what? Only 1 room was reserved! They finally found us another room, but it was 2 floors away from our friends. The worst experience was our friend's room had no air conditioning the entire weekend, and the weather was hot & humid (90's) The Ramada solution was giving them a box fan. A refreshing swim sounded llike a good idea, but the pool water was also in the 90's; it was more like being in a hot tub. When we returned back to our room after the first day, our key card would not work, resulting in another visit to the lobby desk 8 floors down. Upon checkout, one room was charged $* more, even though the rooms were identical. I did send a letter to the manager several months ago, but never received a response.

Room service; Front desk personnel very friendly and always smiling. Very prompt to assist you in anything. Breakfast tickets and one Lunch or Dinner ticket was a nice surprise. If you want to tour Milwaukee Downtown on foot, this is your headquarter!!!!

My buddy and I drove our Harley's to Milwaukee to see the new Harley Davidison Museum. We were happy to find this hotel right down the street. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced and the food was great too. It was a good place to stay.
