  I was pleased at first with the room, it was clean and well kept. Upon further inspection I realized it wasn't as nice as I thought. The air conditioner was filthy with dirt in it. Housekeeping did clean it. but the problems didn't stop there. The shower in my room did not drain quickly it filled with water while I showered. The pool and hot tub were nice and very clean. The manager was very kind but, the cleaning staff were rude. At one point they opened up my door without knocking. I was very upset about that and I did talk to the manager and ask that they not open my door without knocking and if I didn't answer I did not want people just coming in my room, they did comply with my request. I would stay here again but, if my second stay was like my first I wouldn't come back again.

  The bathroom was filthy especially the ledge around the sink, the hairdryer electric cord, the skirt infront of the sink and the tissue holder, the back of the bathroom door ...

  The bathroom was filthy especially the ledge around the sink, the hairdryer electric cord, the skirt infront of the sink and the tissue holder, the back of the bathroom door as well as behind the bathroom door. We washed the ledge around the sink and the wash cloth was BLACK. We showed the cloth to the Manager; he talked with the housekeeping staff who came to reclean. They did not clean the areas we reported and we tried to show them. They only recleaned the sink and toilet and they started to re-vacuum, but we had said nothing about the floors. Even the next day, the reported areas were not cleaned. Also one ash tray was not empty the next day. In addition the mattress are in great need of being replaced. On check out. the Front desk staff did deduct only $25.00 fron the bill.
